Thank you for shopping with Miss Kitty's Chunkz.
Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders are typically shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Processing times may increase during sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through carriers selected by Miss Kitty's Chunkz, including USPS and other available shipping providers.
Shipping options and delivery estimates displayed at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or included in the product price where applicable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders will be shipped to the address entered by the customer. Miss Kitty's Chunkz is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, ownership and responsibility for delivery transfer to the carrier.
Miss Kitty's Chunkz is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related delays
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delivery exceptions
• Incorrect carrier scans
Insurance & Claims
Where applicable, shipments include up to $100 of carrier insurance.
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier. Customers may be required to provide supporting documentation, photographs, or packaging materials during the claims process.
Delivered Packages
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
Miss Kitty's Chunkz does not provide refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase provided processing has not begun and tracking information has not been issued.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may no longer be canceled.
