📦 Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed in the order received.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
We ship every Wednesday and Saturday.
Once your order is shipped, tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
🚫 All Sales Final
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless tracking has already been issued.
📬 Shipping Responsibility
Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Carrier delays
All shipments are insured up to $100.
Please file a claim directly with the United States Postal Service if needed.

📸 Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order:
- You must provide photo or video proof
- Claims without proof will not be accepted
We do not replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
📍 Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout.
We do not manually edit addresses.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- The buyer is responsible for reshipping costs

Repeated cancellations, disputes, or chargebacks may result in being blocked from future purchases.
