Thank you for shopping with Miss Kitty's Chunkz! We appreciate your support and are committed to providing quality handmade products and exceptional customer service.
Customer Service (Please Read First)
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us before leaving a review, opening a case, or filing a claim.
We cannot resolve a concern we are unaware of, and most issues can be resolved quickly when we're given the opportunity.
• Messages are answered within 48 business hours (often sooner).
• Please allow time for us to review your order before sending additional messages.
• Contacting us first gives us the best opportunity to investigate and resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
Processing & Shipping
• Orders ship within 5 business days.
• Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS tracking information to update. It is common for tracking to remain unchanged immediately after a shipping label has been created or an order has been accepted by USPS.
• Delivery dates provided by USPS, UPS, or Etsy are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within the first 24 hours, unless a shipping label or tracking has already been issued.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an error was made by Miss Kitty's Chunkz.
Order Issues
If you believe we made an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Photos or video of the item(s)
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the shipping label (when applicable)
Once verified, an approved replacement will be shipped.
Natural Product Variations
Every Miss Kitty's Chunkz product is handmade in small batches.
Because of the handmade cooking process, vacuum sealing, and shipping, natural variations are expected and are part of the handmade nature of our products.
Natural variations include, but are not limited to:
• Chunk size
• Powder or starch dust
• Broken pieces or additional crumbles created during shipping
• Slight color variations
• Slight texture variations
• Slight flavor variations
Every order is weighed before shipment to ensure you receive the full amount purchased.
These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Taste & Toastiness
Flavor and texture naturally vary depending on:
• Brand
• Cooking method
• Personal taste preferences
Because taste is subjective, refunds or replacements will not be issued because a product:
• Doesn't taste as expected
• Is more or less toasted than preferred
• Doesn't match a buyer's personal taste preference
Delivered Packages
If USPS or UPS tracking shows your package as Delivered, replacements or refunds will not be issued.
Before contacting us, please:
• Check around your property
• Check with household members
• Check neighbors
• Check parcel lockers
• Contact your local Post Office or UPS Customer Center
We are happy to assist with carrier claims whenever applicable.
Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned because of:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Mail hold
• Broken mailbox or mailbox access issues
• Failure to claim a package
• Refused delivery
• Any circumstance outside of Miss Kitty's Chunkz's control
the order will not be refunded.
Because the original shipping service has already been completed, the original postage cannot be refunded or reused.
The buyer is responsible for purchasing new postage before the original order can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If USPS or UPS loses or damages a package during transit, Miss Kitty's Chunkz will gladly assist with the carrier's claims process whenever applicable.
Customer Feedback

If there is an issue with your order, please allow us the opportunity to resolve your concern before posting a review.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication, and we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make things right whenever possible.
