MISS KITTY’S CHUNKZ – STORE POLICIES

Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing time is 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders ship every Wednesday and Saturday via USPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update, as USPS may not scan packages immediately.

Shipping Responsibility

All packages are shipped through USPS and include up to $100 insurance.

Once your order has been shipped, Miss Kitty’s Chunkz is no longer responsible for the package.

If your package is:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Damaged

You must file a claim directly with United States Postal Service.

No replacements or refunds will be issued for packages marked as delivered.

Incorrect Address

Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.

Miss Kitty’s Chunkz does not manually edit addresses.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • The buyer is responsible
  • Returned packages can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours:

  • Orders are locked in
  • No changes or cancellations will be accepted

If tracking has already been issued, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Canceled orders may result in restriction from future purchases.

No Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Not liking the product
  • Texture preferences (too soft, too hard, too toasty, etc.)
  • Brand taste differences
  • Not reading the description

Product Disclaimer

Miss Kitty’s Chunkz are a consumable product.

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Consume at your own risk
  • Understand that ingredients and textures may vary slightly

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you believe you received:

  • The wrong item
  • A damaged order

You must provide clear photo or video proof within 24 hours of delivery.

Without proof, no resolution will be provided.

Product Variations

All products are handmade and may vary in:

  • Size
  • Shape
  • Texture
  • Color (especially toasty or scented items)

This is normal and not considered a defect.

Communication

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response during business days.

Messages sent outside of business hours may be answered the next day.

Agreement

By placing an order with Miss Kitty’s Chunkz, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all store policies.
